Page Six has an exclusive first look at a teaser for a new PayPal ad starring Will Ferrell.
In the clip, the “Elf” star wears hair rollers in a luxurious bubble bath, where he says he’s “getting glammed up for a commercial.”
The main ad, presumably showing the footage for which he was “getting glammed up,” will appear on the online finance service’s social media accounts on Friday, we’re told.
It’s the “Saturday Night Live” legend’s second spot for PayPal. Last year he appeared in another online ad in which he sang a reimagined version of Fleetwood Mac’s “Everywhere.” (“You can pay your own way.”) In the new clip, Ferrell’s humming the same tune in his bubble bath.

The ad is directed by Jake Szymanski, the former “SNL” director who and been a longtime collaborator with Ferrell on his “Funny or Die” site. He also directed the boundary-breaking “Jury Duty.”
