Pedro Pascal and Jennifer Aniston are just “Friends.”
The “Last of Us” star shot down romance rumors surrounding him and Aniston after they turned heads with a three-hour dinner date over the weekend.
“Jennifer and I are very good friends,” he told “Entertainment Tonight” at the Season 2 premiere of his HBO show on Monday, “and I got to have dinner [with her] on Saturday, and it was a fun martini dinner.”
Pascal, 49, joked that the headlines about their outing were largely due to 56-year-old Aniston’s star power rather than his own.
“That’s her starlight,” he said with a smile. “I’m just basking in it!”
The “Game of Thrones” actor sang a similar tune while speaking to E! News at the Hollywood event, insisting he and the sitcom legend are “friends” who simply “went to dinner with mutual friends.”
“It happens,” he said of the relationship speculation.
His comments came just hours after a source told us the two were “not dating” — despite social media users wishing they were.
“There is no romance going on between Jennifer Aniston and Pedro Pascal,” the insider said.
We’re told Pascal and the “Morning Show” actress “respect each other as artists” but the nature of their relationship is “strictly platonic.”
The actors set the internet ablaze over the weekend after they were spotted leaving the Sunset Tower Hotel together.
The two joined a group of friends near the valet area after enjoying a three-hour meal at the hotel’s Tower Bar.
Pascal wore a leather jacket, jeans and loafers for the dinner, while Aniston embodied Rachel Green in a leather vest over a white T-shirt, cuffed black pants and boots.
The “Gladiator II” actor is notoriously private about his dating life. Although he has been linked to Maria Dizzia, Lena Headey and Robin Tunney, he never publicly confirmed any of those relationships.
Meanwhile, Aniston has had several high-profile relationships over the years. The “Just Go With It” star began dating Brad Pitt in 1998 and they tied the knot two years later.
However, the actors split after five years of marriage.
Aniston had brief romances with Vince Vaughn and John Mayer before finding love with Justin Theroux.
She and Theroux were together for eight years before going their separate ways. The A-list actress has not publicly dated anyone since their divorce.
