Kanye West and Andrew Tate reportedly recorded a podcast together the night Kim Kardashian abruptly cut short her 11-year-old daughter North’s visit with the embattled rapper.
West, 47, sat down with Tate, 38, and the controversial social media personality’s brother, Tristan Tate, for hours in Los Angeles on March 10, TMZ reported Friday.
Andrew’s ex-girlfriend Bri Stern, who is suing him for violent abuse, claimed in her lawsuit that the taping occurred before she was brutally assaulted.
The former kickboxer’s lawyer, Joseph McBride, meanwhile, posted via X on March 11, “Last night, I sat on a couch and watched Andrew, Tristan, and @kanyewest talk for hours about the suffering and betrayals they’ve endured for achieving greatness on their own terms.”
The Tate brothers, known for their misogynistic views, were arrested in Romania in December 2022 on charges of rape, trafficking minors and forming a gang to sexually exploit women.
They were formally indicted in 2023 and restricted from leaving the European country. The siblings ultimately fled Romania and made their way to the US in February after a judge lifted a house arrest order.
Andrew and Tristan, 36 — who have dual US-British citizenship — are also wanted in the UK for rape and human trafficking. They are reportedly expected to be extradited back to England after the Romanian case ends.
Stateside, the brothers have legal issues as well, with an American woman countersuing them in Florida for alleged witness intimidation, “lawfare” defamation and human trafficking.
Stern, for her part, claimed in a lengthy post on Instagram Thursday that Andrew strangled her until she nearly passed out when they were in a Beverly Hills, Calif., hotel room together two weeks prior.
“He has told me on many occasions before that if I crossed him, he would ruin my life, rape me, or kill me,” she alleged. “Andrew texted me recently and let me know ‘if you ever betray me, you will regret it.’”
Andrew and Tristan have denied wrongdoing.
McBride wrote via X Friday in response to Stern’s suit, “CRY ME A RIVER Once upon a time Donald Trump was public enemy #1, even though he did nothing wrong.
“That title now belongs to [Andrew] who will never apologize because he’s done nothing wrong. To those who have Tate Derangement Syndrome, your meltdowns are hilarious.”
It is unclear whether Kardashian, 44, was aware that her eldest child was possibly within close proximity of an accused criminal. Her rep did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
The “Kardashians” star has been feuding with her ex-husband over decisions he has made regarding their four children for some time.
Earlier this month, West leaked private texts between the pair in which Kardashian tried to stop him from releasing a track that featured North and Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is also facing sex trafficking charges.
“Amend it or I’m going to war. And neither of us will recover from the public fallout,” the “All Falls Down” emcee threatened his ex after she said she has the rights to their daughter’s name and likeness.
West — who also shares Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5 with Kardashian — then went on a social media tirade, claiming the “Kardashian mob” made him feel as if he were in prison.
He also declared in a since-deleted post on X that the man “makes the final decision.”
Kardashian has not publicly responded to the outbursts, but it has been reported that she is contemplating stripping West of his custodial rights. The couple was married from 2014 to 2022 and share joint custody.
