Jessica Alba and estranged husband Cash Warren list $19M Beverly Hills home amid divorce

Jessica Alba and her estranged husband Cash Warren have reportedly listed their Beverly Hills, Calif., home for a whopping for $18,995,000 amid their divorce.

The pair originally bought their home, which the “Honey” star’s father helped them find, in 2017 for $10 million, per TMZ.

Alba and Warren had the house “completely remodeled by Tommy and Kathy Clements,” according to the official listing.

The expansive estate, which boasts almost 9,000 square feet, 7 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, now features natural and warm organic materials, rare marbles and stone, as well as reclaimed woods throughout.

The house also includes a family room, gourmet kitchen with eat-in breakfast room, formal dining space, as well as a gym and movie theatre.

Alba, 43, filed for divorce from Warren after nearly 17 years of marriage in February.

She and the businessman, 46, who filed through his attorney immediately after she filed her petition, both listed their date of separation as Dec. 27, 2024, and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind their split.

They also requested joint physical and legal custody of their three children: daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7.

Most notably, the duo did not have a prenuptial agreement in place despite both parties owning some successful assets, according to TMZ.

Alba’s baby and beauty goods business, Honest Company is valued at $623 million. Warren’s sock and underwear brand, Pair of Thieves, is worth at least $100 million.

The “X-Men” actress told her Instagram followers of her and Warren’s separation in January on Instagram vowing that she and her soon-to-be ex would be “moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other” as co-parents to their kids.

She and Warren met on the set of “Fantastic Four” in 2004 and tied the knot in 2008.
