Remi Bader is coming clean about undergoing weight-loss surgery after sidestepping speculation for months.

The influencer opened up to Self about her single anastomosis duodenal-ileal bypass with sleeve gastrectomy in an interview published Wednesday.

She spoke about having the procedure, which involved “cut[ting] out 80 percent of [her] stomach,” in December 2023.

Bader said she chose the surgery after struggling with debilitating back pain, excessive sweat, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, heart issues, fatty liver disease and infertility fears.

However, after the 30-year-old went under the knife, she spent “hours, hours, hours, hours, throwing up” — and despite being discharged from the hospital after three days, she continued vomiting for weeks.

Bader subsequently fell into a “very, very deep depression” and “wanted to die.”

The TikTok star, who has since been prescribed antidepressants, told the magazine how she is doing one year post-op.

“My binge eating is better,” she explained. “I’m still struggling and I have those thoughts, but I can’t physically binge as much because I don’t have the room for it. You cannot drink and eat within the same 30 minutes.

“Sometimes I’m out to dinner with friends, and I run to the bathroom. It’s also hard; I’m going to these events and dinners, and I’m constantly getting sick,” Bader continued, saying she also suffered hair loss.

While reflecting on her “quick” transformation, Baden admitted that it has been “really confusing to be … in a different body but have the exact same brain” because she “never wanted to be this size” and wished to remain “curvy.”

The model shared more of her story on Wednesday’s episode of the “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast, revealing she lost “more than 140 pounds in less than a year”

She clarified that taking Ozempic was just a “Band Aid” for her prior to her surgery — but doubled down on the “brutal” recovery being the “worst” experience of her life.

Bader has not been speaking publicly about her weight and her health since September 2023.

At the time, she sobbed while begging “disgusting” trolls to stop their “ridiculous … body-shaming” over her fluctuating figure.

“My health journey will now be my business,” Bader said. “It’s really not fair to just see really mean, mean things. I’m taking care of myself the best that I can.”
